The Road and Railway Vehicle Institute (RRVI) is part of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Isfahan University of Technology.
RRVI was founded in 2007 in order to provide a focus on both fundamental and applied research projects. The institute is concerned with a wide range of mechanical engineering problems and dynamics-related phenomena in vehicles and structures. The various areas of activity are focused in several main groups:
